Fozi Mashas
Bold and vibrant pink hue, with a youthful and inviting nose featuring a faint symmetry of peach, nectarine, wild strawberries, lavender, and rose petal notes. The palate is described by a harmonious blend of peach, nectarine, red currant, wild strawberries, and orange, with a racy and zesty finish. The wine is remarkably full-bodied and long, with a dry and racy quality that is elevated by a high level of acidity. A full-bodied Rosé that reveals the best qualities of Nebbiolo, with a bold and rewarding touch that is sure to please. Recommended to be enjoyed now or over the next couple of years, pairing well with a variety of dishes, bringing pork, salads, and veal. Return to the cellar for a longer period of time, as the wine's power and body are likely to be fully realized.

Nervi Il Rosato is praised for its vibrant floral and fruit notes, including strawberry, raspberry, and peach. It offers a balanced acidity and a refreshing, zesty finish. While some appreciate its full-bodied nature and complexity, others find it slightly unremarkable. The wine's Nebbiolo base adds depth, making it a versatile choice for pairing with various dishes. Overall, it's a well-crafted rosé with a pleasing profile.
Nervi Il Rosato presents a delicate ballet of pale coral hues, inviting a nuanced exploration of its aromatic profile. The nose is a refined bouquet of wild strawberries and rose petals, underscored by a whisper of white pepper and crushed stone minerality. On the palate, it reveals a poised structure, with vibrant acidity seamlessly interwoven with flavors of red currant and pomegranate. The wine's texture is elegantly supple, leading to a crisp, mineral-laden finish that lingers with a hint of salinity. This rosato exemplifies the finesse and precision characteristic of Alto Piemonte's esteemed terroir.
