Melod
Medium dry riesling with a dash of sweetness, but lacking clarity on its level. Perhaps a lower ABV would help equilibrium the sugars. The melon, citrus, and honeysuckle nuances are pleasant, but the steel and zest are noticeably absent, leaving a sense of unbalance. The price is reasonable, but the all around encounter falls short.
Etsuji
Refreshing and invigorating combination of lively green apple, tart lemon zest, and a suggestion of sweetness
Dongki
The sweetness you discovery as soon as you take a sip, a sensation that is both bright and invigorating, unlike the effervescent efflorescence of Moscato, which is described by a lively effervescence.

This Riesling presents a mix of opinions, with praise for its sweet citrus, peach, and floral notes balanced by refreshing acidity, though some find the sweetness overwhelming or finish indistinct. While appreciated for good value, critics note occasional imbalance between sweetness and structure.
A luminous pale straw hue introduces the Fritz Zimmer Riesling, inviting with its aromatic bouquet of ripe apricot, white peach, and a whisper of petrol, hallmarking its varietal typicity. The palate is a harmonious interplay of vibrant acidity and a subtle minerality, underscoring its Mosel origins. Juicy citrus and stone fruit flavors are elegantly balanced by a delicate sweetness, leading to a crisp, clean finish with a hint of slate. This Riesling exemplifies finesse and precision, offering a quintessential expression of its terroir, making it an exemplary choice for those seeking a classic, well-crafted Riesling.
