This Beneventano Falanghina IGT is a pristine expression of 100% Falanghina grapes, flourishing in clay-limestone soil and cultivated using the Guyot system. Harvested in the second decade of October and yielding 70 quintals per hectare, it presents a straw-yellow color. The nose is intensely aromatic, featuring a blend of acacia, Kaiser pear, dried apricot, and candied citrus. On the palate, it offers a dry, smooth texture with a solid acidic structure and notable flavor persistence. Best served at 12-14°C, this wine pairs wonderfully with simple yet flavorful dishes that echo the mineral sensations of the sea.
