Domaine Ostertag is a small family winery founded in 1966 in the village of Epfig, in Alsace. The grapes are harvested by hand, then destemmed and gently pressed. The resulting must is fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and remains there, on lees, for 12 months to produce a pure and site-expressive Riesling.
