Fred' Kolodin
A rich, full-bodied wine with a dimensional character, reminiscent of a well-aged port, with a dry, slightly sweet flavor profile that balances the sweetness of dried black raisins and a hint of vinegar. The nutty, espresso whispers add depth, but the trail is slightly rough, similar to a quarts de chaume.
Bajasam Crivelle
Voluptuous and comforting dessert wine, boasting a smooth texture and a deep, fruity flavor profile, with a silky linger and a low level of tannic acidity.
Xeng Igaunis
Classic dessert wine with a rich, smooth texture, highlighted by the sweetness of ripe sultanas and poached fruit. A smooth, smooth style with a wisp of acidity, making it a fantastic pairing for desserts.

Domaine La Tour Vieille Reserva Banyuls is praised for its rich, full-bodied character and complex flavors reminiscent of port. It features notes of dried fruits, chocolate, and nuts, with a smooth texture and balanced sweetness. While some find it slightly acidic, others appreciate its depth and indulgence, making it a delightful choice for dessert pairings, especially with chocolate.
This Banyuls presents a deep garnet hue, indicative of its rich concentration. The nose is a complex tapestry of dried figs, blackcurrant, and a hint of roasted coffee, underscored by a subtle spice. On the palate, it reveals a luscious sweetness balanced by a vibrant acidity, showcasing flavors of dark chocolate, ripe plum, and a whisper of Mediterranean herbs. The velvety tannins provide a seamless texture, leading to a long, harmonious finish. This wine exemplifies the quintessential fortified style of Banyuls, offering both depth and elegance, ideal for pairing with dark chocolate desserts or aged cheeses.
