Voss Expert tasting note
The nose has notes of red fruits overlayed with fresh alpine herbs and a marked wormwood character.

Wicus Zappelini
Well blended blend of herbs, with Oregano standing out, perfectly complements the Sweet Vermouth, creating a well-balanced and elegant experience.
Acassio
Classic vermouth with a distinctive character, this one is a staple for a reason. However, it falls short of being in particular compelling, with a flavor profile that is somewhat one-dimensional. Expect accents of dried herbs, coriander, candied fruit, and a sweet, caramelized orange and grapefruit peel. at the same time it would be suitable for a Manhattan or vermouth americano, it may not provide the same level of strength and richness as other vermouths. It's best served chilled or over ice.
Chamda
Decent addition to cocktails, uniquely Manhattan and Negroni recipes, but unremarkable on its own.

Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Rouge is praised for its well-blended herbs, notably oregano, offering a balanced and elegant taste. While some appreciate its classic character, others find it one-dimensional and lacking in richness. It features dried herbs, coriander, candied fruit, and sweet citrus peels, making it suitable for cocktails like Manhattans and Negronis, though less compelling on its own.
Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Rouge is known for its more delicate and fresh profile. The nose has notes of red fruits overlayed with fresh alpine herbs and a marked wormwood character. The palate shows fine balance between the acidity and sweetness, with this vermouth being on the drier end of the spectrum meaning the finish is not overly cloying. The flavors mirror the nose with enticing aromas of herbs, spices, and red fruits.
