Fides
A balanced and elegant wine with a rich, golden hue, boasting a deep floral bouquet and a harmonious minerality profile. Its smooth, polished body blankets the palate, leaving a lasting impression. A well-crafted wine that is definitely worth a try.
Colombano Salanyk
Refreshing summer staple, giving a fruity blend of flavors, making it a great bargain for its price.

A bold and captivating collection of my deepest, most profound convictions is brutally dismantled. \nSo unapologetically and unflinchingly, yet unmistakably, with a fierce and unyielding spirit. And behold, what a breathtaking nose it unveiled: subtle, yet unmistakable mineral undertones, heady summer florals (jasmines, honeysuckles), rich, supple fruits, medicinal herbs (a hint of eucalyptus), and the finest, most revered old-vintage notes. Quite silky and sumptuous on the palate, opulent and honeyed, with a long, satisfying finish.

This Côtes de Gascogne white wine receives praise for its balanced profile featuring tropical fruits, citrus notes, and smooth texture. Reviewers highlight its refreshing character and good value, though some find the finish prolonged or acidity sharp. The wine shows consistent minerality and well-integrated oak influences across vintages.
