Domaine de Chevillard Apremont Jacquère is crafted from the Jacquère grape, native to the Savoie region in the French Alps. The vineyard benefits from a cool alpine climate, which preserves the grape's natural acidity and freshness. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to maintain its crisp, clean profile, showcasing bright citrus and green apple flavors. This dry white wine is intended for early consumption, offering a refreshing and light-bodied style that pairs well with seafood and alpine cheeses. It reflects the terroir's minerality and the winemaker's commitment to preserving varietal purity.
