Jean Vullien & Fils Jacquère 2025

Jean Vullien & Fils Jacquère is praised for its crisp, mineral-rich character with vibrant notes of green apple, lemon, and pear. While some enjoy its refreshing and clean profile, others find it slightly too lean. The wine's subtle oak and honey hints add complexity, and its lively acidity makes it a versatile choice, especially when chilled.

This crystalline, pale straw-hued Jacquère from the Savoie region exudes a vibrant bouquet of alpine meadow flowers, crisp green apple, and a whisper of white peach. On the palate, it reveals a lithe and refreshing structure, underscored by racy acidity that elegantly frames its mineral-driven core. Subtle nuances of citrus zest and wet stone add layers of complexity, leading to a clean, invigorating finish. This wine exemplifies the quintessential alpine character, offering a pristine expression that is both approachable and sophisticated, ideal for pairing with fresh seafood or as an aperitif.
