This Savoie white blend offers crisp acidity and pronounced minerality, featuring green apple and citrus notes with a balanced structure. While praised for its refreshing quality and food versatility, some note a pleasing bitter undertone that prevents fruit dominance. Reviews highlight both vibrant freshness and subtle complexity from varied aging methods.
