Canava
Brunello-esque Sicilian red wine, crafted from Nero d'Avola grapes, boasting a rich, complex profile. The bracing quality and tannins are well-balanced, with layers of cherry, mocha, and cedar emerging, accompanied by earthy undertones. The trail is medium, and during it's nearing its prime, it's a shame to part with this bottle. A fine wine, but its best days are behind it.
Eigher
Ruby hue. Light-bodied. Fruity suggestions of cherries and earthy undertones, with a leather-like quality on the nose. The taste is hinting at of a warm climate Pinot Noir, with a pleasant, chilled finish.
Ardalan
Balanced blend of earthy hints and refined complexity, yielding a well-balanced and sophisticated experience.

COS Nero di Lupo is praised for its rich, earthy flavors with notes of cherry, mocha, and cedar. While some find it well-balanced and complex, others note a slightly disjointed finish. It features a medium to full body with smooth tannins and a lingering finish. The wine's vibrant fruit and earthy undertones make it a versatile choice for pairing with various dishes.
This COS Nero di Lupo is a vibrant, unoaked wine with notes of black plum, blackberry and blueberry. These fruit flavors are accompanied by layers of dried herbs and flinty minerality hinting at the volcanic soils of Sicily. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and complex with a persistent, velvety finish. Its tannins provide structure and balance, and its finish lends a perfect balance of firm acidity and ripe black fruit. The final impression is marked by a gentle flinty minerality that adds a layer of complexity to the wine.
