This Soave presents a luminous straw-yellow hue, indicative of its vibrant character. On the nose, it unveils an intricate bouquet of white peach, acacia blossom, and a hint of almond, underscored by a subtle minerality that speaks to its volcanic terroir. The palate is elegantly structured, showcasing a harmonious interplay of ripe apricot and citrus zest, balanced by a crisp, saline-driven acidity. The finish is long and refined, with a whisper of marzipan and a persistent mineral edge. This wine exemplifies the finesse and complexity of top-tier Soave, offering both immediate pleasure and potential for short-term aging.
