Since then, his daughter Jeanine, alongside her husband Gérard Boudot, has overseen the estate. With vineyards in 4 Grand Cru and numerous Premier Cru and other sites, the family also sources grapes from external growers meeting the estate's high standards. Spontaneous fermentation occurs in large oak barrels, temperature-controlled and lasting weeks to months, with the entire winemaking process, from must to lees aging, spanning up to 18 months.
