Made from 100% estate grown Sauvignon Blanc grown on flint, or Silex, based soils, Silex remains as highly sought-after as it was when Didier made it. This wine showcases his exceptional winemaking skills and passion for producing outstanding Sauvignon Blanc. The winemaking process involves meticulous attention to detail, including hand-harvesting and aging in old oak barrels. The result is a wine that beautifully balances vibrant acidity with rich flavors of citrus, tropical fruits, and a subtle smoky note.
