Wine Expert Note:

This Château Olivier Pessac-Léognan is a beautiful expression of the Graves appellation, with its deep ruby color, aromas of red and black fruit, subtle notes of leather and spice. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and structured, with intense flavors of blackberry, currant, and plum, along with hints of tobacco and warm spices. The finish is long, lingering, and elegant, with fine-grained tannins and well-integrated acidity. Overall, this Grand Cru Classé is a fine example of Graves terroir, a classic expression of the appellation.
