Château Chasse-Spleen Moulis-en-Médoc is a classic Bordeaux estate in the heart of the Médoc appellation. The estate covers 60 hectares of vineyards planted primarily to Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, the traditional Bordeaux varietals. The soils are mostly gravel and sand, allowing for excellent drainage and producing wines with intense aromas and flavors of blackberry, cassis, plum and licorice, along with subtle notes of tobacco, leather and earth. The wines are full-bodied and complex, with great structure and depth of flavor. Château Chasse-Spleen Moulis-en-Médoc is an excellent example of Bordeaux's classic wines, sure to please any enthusiast.
