Cavallotto Langhe Nebbiolo 2022

Intense and nuanced wine with a muscular character, it seamlessly blends the dark, earthy flavors of tar and strawberry with a elegant accent of floral undertones. The close is long and satisfying, with a smooth, polished tactile quality that remains on the palate. The tannins are well-integrated, providing a sense of profile and depth, and yet the bracing quality adds a bright touch. A traditional style, this wine is sure to please, and its age-worthiness is evident in its ability to cellar for extended periods.

Strong and full-bodied wine with a rich, earthy character, featuring prominent layers of tobacco, leather, and cider. whereas its tannins and zest are well-balanced, the wine's dryness and lack of lushness may be off-putting for some palates. Nonetheless, its finesse and layers make it a compelling recommendation for those desiring a more substantial pouring experience.

Lively and delightful meal was enjoyed with amazing Italian flavor and a good body, but without overpowering the palate.
