Blanchard Perez Cava Brut is a sparkling wine crafted in the traditional method from the Penedès region of Catalonia, Spain. This wine is composed primarily of native grape varieties such as Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve their natural acidity. Secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle, followed by a minimum of nine months of aging on lees, which contributes to its fine bubbles and creamy texture. The resulting Cava offers a crisp, refreshing profile with notes of green apple, citrus, and a hint of brioche, making it an ideal aperitif.
