Beli Manuel
A pleasant, straightforward wine with a crisp, citrusy character that quickly dissipates, leaving a dry, baking soda-infused finish. The nose is led by by a lemon-lime quality, during the palate is defined by a delicate under-ripe peach note. Overall, a decent and easy-drinking wine with a lively finish.
Jaike Dewechter
A pale and lean wine with a vibrant nose, bringing creamy and nutty notes that unfold as the bubbles dissipate. though not a standout, its affordability makes it a solid choice for those looking for a pleasant glass of wine.

Kila Cava is praised for its lively effervescence and bright fruit flavors, including pear, apple, and citrus. While some enjoy its creamy, nutty notes and affordability, others find its finish fleeting. It's versatile for social gatherings and cocktails, offering a refreshing and zesty experience. However, some mention a dry, baking soda-like finish. Overall, it's a delightful, easy-drinking sparkling wine with a good price-quality ratio.

On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with flavors of lemon, pear, and a hint of toasted bread. The acidity is well-balanced, providing a lively and vibrant mouthfeel. Kila Cava is a versatile wine that can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or paired with a variety of dishes. It pairs particularly well with seafood, such as oysters or grilled shrimp, as well as sushi and soft cheeses. Overall, Kila Cava is a delightful sparkling wine that offers great value for its quality. Its bright and lively character makes it a perfect choice for celebrations or simply enjoying a glass of bubbly.
