Wine Expert Note:

Benoit Courault Gilbourg shimmers in the glass with a pale lemon appearance fading to a water-white rim. The nose slowly reveals notes of citrus and orchard fruit of ripe lemons, grapefruit, yellow apples, pears and quince. These fruit aromas are accompanied by a floral lift, with hints of honeysuckle and acacia. The palate is taut and linear with a firm backbone of acidity that provides structure and freshness to the wine. The finish is persistent and angular brimming with notes of honey and white flowers.
