Since 2016, the feature has been available on the last Wednesday of November on the music streaming service. The Spotify Wrapped 2023 also features the top popular artists, songs, and albums of the year.

The streaming platform highlighted several global trends that shaped the year. It is reported that 2023 was marked by the return of prominent female pop stars. Taylor Swift is the most-streamed artist on Spotify in 2023. Furthermore, Eurovision had a significant impact on the global trend.
