Saperavi Severny is a Russian breeding hybrid variety suitable for growing in colder climates. It comes from the Georgian variety Saperavi, and literally means Northern Saperavi. Saperavi Severny shares very similar charasteristics with its Georgian parent, but it is also used to make grape juice.
