It is usually blended with other varieties such as Vandal-Cliche, Vidal, Seyval blanc. The crisp acidity and light body of L'Acadie Blanc makes it an ideal wine for pairing with seafood. It also pairs well with salads, vegetable dishes and lighter pasta dishes.
