Kolorko is a white grape variety. The wine has firm acidity, with lots of lemon, lime and wild herb flavours, with notable minerality and great depth.
Kolorko is exclusivly found in a few villages in southern Trakya, Turkey. Kolorko are generally low yielding. The grapes have thick skin, and requires gentle pressing and careful handling at the beginning of the wine making process. Kolorko pairs well with dishes such as fish, grilled vegetables, and white meats.
