Villa Papiano is a winery on the southern side of Mount Chioda; its first harvest was in 2001. Four siblings run it: Francesco oversees winemaking, style and production, Maria Rosa handles commercial relations, Giampaolo manages the business, and Enrica handles administration.

Its vineyards were planted in the 1960s and restored in 2001. The surrounding landscape includes poor marl and sandstone soils, the Marnosa-Arenacea sedimentary rock formation and deep forest. Farming has been organic since 2000 and biodynamic since 2018, with Suolo e Salute organic certification since 2009 and Demeter biodynamic certification since 2023. In its wines, the substance of the grapes rather than wood provides delicate structure. Its wines include Strada Corniolo (Romagna DOC Trebbiano), Tresche (Forli IGT Sauvignon Blanc), Papesse (Romagna DOC Sangiovese Modigliana) and Papiano (IGT Forlí Centesimino).
On VinoVoss, Villa Papiano has 4 wines in stock: 3 red, 1 white. Their average rating is 3.4 out of 5 from 13 ratings.
