Villa Papiano Terra! Albana is praised for its balance and elegance, with floral and fruit notes creating a polished mouthfeel. While some appreciate its seamless and enticing smoothness, others find its citrus scent reminiscent of a light orange wine. The wine is noted for its sophistication and clean, racy character.
Villa Papiano Terra! Albana presents a luminous straw hue, inviting exploration of its aromatic complexity. The nose is a sophisticated interplay of ripe apricot, white peach, and a whisper of chamomile, underscored by a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, this wine reveals a medium-bodied structure with a vibrant acidity that elegantly balances its fruit-forward profile. Notes of honeyed citrus and almond skin emerge, leading to a lingering, slightly saline finish. This Albana is a commendable expression of its varietal, showcasing the potential of Romagna's terroir with finesse and precision.
