Saracco is a wine producer in Castiglione Tinella, founded by Luigi Saracco. The family has produced Moscato here since the early 1900s; with Luigi's support, it sold bulk wine to vermouth producers during 1900–1950. Under his son Giovanni, the company acquired vineyards and supplied Asti Spumante producers between 1950 and 1988. In 1988, Paolo Saracco, Giovanni's son and the owner, began bottling Moscato under his own label after studying oenology.

Sustainable farming is practised across more than 80 hectares, with vineyards in Castiglione Tinella, Santo Stefano Belbo, Castagnole Lanze and Calosso. Vigna in Graffagno was planted in 1988 and covers 8.5 hectares at an average altitude of 450 metres. Plantings include Moscato, Pinot Nero, Riesling Bianco, Barbera and Chardonnay. Its wines include Moscato d'Asti.
