Punset

Punset was founded in 1964, when Renzo Marcarino officially began the activity and brought the winery's first bottles to the market. In the early 1980s, Renzo Marcarino's daughter Marina initiated the conversion of the entire cultivation to organic farming. The vineyards are fully grass-covered, with limited mechanical soil cultivation. For cellar work, the winery follows lunar cycles, while fermentation omits selected yeasts and enzymes, using traditional techniques such as concrete tanks. Winemaking includes long aging primarily in Slavonian oak casks followed by bottle aging.
