The Damilano winery dates to 1890, when Giuseppe Borgogno began cultivating and vinifying grapes in Barolo. It later took its name from Giacomo Damilano, son-in-law of the founder. Vineyard crus include Cannubi, Liste, Brunate, Raviole, and Cerequio. The Damilano family manages about 10 hectares on the Cannubi hill at an average altitude of 280 meters above sea level, planted between 1945 and 2009, and about 2 hectares in the Liste cru at 350 meters above sea level. Its wines include Barolo DOCG Riserva Cannubi 1752 and Barolo DOCG Lecinquevigne. In 2015, the winery also introduced G.D, a white wine line featuring Chardonnay and Timorasso.
On VinoVoss, Damilano has 10 wines in stock: 8 red, 1 white, 1 dessert. Their average rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 630 ratings.
