Orlando Abrigo is run by Giovanni Abrigo, descendant of a family of winegrowers. In 1973, Orlando decided to return to work his land and produced the estate's first bottle of Barbaresco, and in 1996, the estate purchased its first vineyard in the Montersino cru.

Located in Treiso, Cuneo, the estate has 21 hectares of owned vineyards. Grapes arrive at the cellar in 20 kg crates, are emptied onto a sorting table, and are destemmed. Fermentation and maceration take place using only indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled stacked stainless steel tanks, utilizing gentle extraction techniques such as delestage. Wood aging of the wine and bottle aging take place in climate-controlled rooms regulating temperature, humidity, and air circulation. Its wines include Barbaresco Docg Meruzzano, Barbaresco Docg Montersino, and Barbaresco Docg Rongalio.
On VinoVoss, Orlando Abrigo has 1 wine in stock: 1 red. Their average rating is 3.9 out of 5 from 12 ratings.
