Nada Fiorenzo is a wine producer in Rombone, Treiso, where Carlo bought Cascina Rombone in 1921 and began selling bulk wine to local restaurateurs. The estate produced its first bottled wine in 1982. Danilo, born in 1986, represents the fourth generation.

At the cellar beside the family home, the estate’s own grapes arrive hand-picked in crates, and each parcel is vinified separately. Maceration and primary fermentation take place in temperature-controlled vats with pump-overs and punch-downs, followed by malolactic fermentation in vats. Its wines include Barbaresco, aged in barrel for up to two years, while fresher wines receive brief barrel ageing. After bottling, the wines rest for several months in the underground cellar.
