Mura Mura

Mura Mura is a winery with vineyards in Barbaresco and Serralunga d’Alba; its cellar opened in 2019.

Some vineyards surround Relais Le Marne, while others lie in the Barbaresco crus of Roncaglie, Starderi, Serragrilli and Currà; a further hectare lies at Sorano in Serralunga d’Alba. Manual vineyard work includes gentle pruning, minimal topping, considered shoot thinning and fertilisation with local organic manure. Its wines include Miolera Barbera d’Asti DOCG, Garibaldi Grignolino d’Asti DOC, Serragrilli Barbaresco DOCG and Sorano Barolo DOCG. The wines undergo spontaneous fermentation and age in French oak casks, then ceramic amphorae, before resting for six months in bottle.
