The Garesio winery was founded in 2010 with the purchase of a hectare and a half of Barbera vines in Incisa Scapaccino. The winery has been certified organic since 2020; Nebbiolo grapes in Serralunga d'Alba are certified organic, while other grapes hold sustainable integrated production certification. In the cellar, winemaking favors long fermentations and macerations in steel tanks with delicate extractions. Its vineyards are located in Serralunga d’Alba, Incisa Scapaccino, Castelnuovo Calcea, and Perletto, with a total area of 25 hectares and an annual production of around 85,000 bottles. In Serralunga d'Alba, the Cerretta cru covers 1.8 hectares between 290 and 320 meters above sea level with southern exposure, with wood aging in 50-hectoliter casks, while the Gianetto cru spans 1 hectare between 270 and 310 meters above sea level with eastern exposure, resting in 25 to 30-hectoliter casks during aging; both are planted with Nebbiolo and destined to become Barolo. In Castelnuovo Calcea, the estate comprises 15 hectares of Barbera and 1 hectare of Sauvignon Blanc.
