Enrico Serafino is a winery in Canale, founded in 1878 by Enrico Serafino, who came from a wealthy landowning family in Romano Canavese. The Krause Gentile family owns the winery.

It owns 25 hectares of vineyards in Serralunga d’Alba, Canale and Alta Langa, with another 35 hectares cultivated under long-term agreements. Weather stations help avoid unnecessary chemical treatments, while cover cropping protects vineyard soils from erosion. The winery obtained Viva certification in 2021. From grape reception to bottling, production relies mainly on gravity, minimizing mechanical methods. Its nineteenth-century underground cellars provide constant temperatures and shelter from light for ageing red wines and Alta Langa traditional-method sparkling wine. Its wines include Barolo, Barbaresco and Alta Langa.
On VinoVoss, Enrico Serafino has 3 wines in stock: 2 red, 1 sparkling. Their average rating is 4.0 out of 5 from 44 ratings.
