Cascina Melognis was founded by Michele Fino and Vanina Maria Carta, who live and work in Revello with their three children. Winemaking activity started in 2008 with vineyards found in Saluzzo.

In Colline Saluzzesi, the estate's vineyards are situated between 350 and 500 meters above sea level. The oldest vineyard was planted in 1947 and the youngest in 2002. The grapes grown are pelaverga, barbera, chatus, and pinot noir. Vines are trained using Guyot with minimal or no nitrogen fertilization, harvesting is conducted entirely by hand, and organic certification was achieved with the 2023 vintage. Red wines are spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks with malolactic fermentation at ambient cellar temperature. Its wines include Divicaroli, Ardy, and Novamen.
