Ca' d'Gal

Ca' d'Gal is a wine producer with Tenuta Valdivilla in the Moscato d’Asti area and Tenuta La Cova in Calamandrana, Alto Monferrato. Local producers inspired Alessandro’s dream of founding a wine and hospitality business with his family.

Its wines include Moscato d’Asti, produced at Tenuta Valdivilla’s historic winery. Valdivilla’s six hectares of vineyards are trained using Guyot and rooted in Langhe soils. Ca' d'Gal uses crop rotation, green manure and reduced tillage to restore soil health and biodiversity. It also practices integrated pest management, combining limited pesticide use with pest antagonists and mating disruption. Its vineyards and wines have SQNPI certification, the National Quality System for Integrated Production.
