Weingut Trapl Grüner Veltliner is praised for its elegant expression and complex flavors. It features aromas of green apple, lemon, and fresh butter, with herbal notes of nutmeg and coriander. While some find it refreshing with a soft balance of pear and lemon curd, others appreciate its funky, acidic character. The wine is often described as light, sophisticated, and with a bracing minerality.
This Grüner Veltliner presents a pale straw hue, offering an aromatic bouquet of white pepper, green apple, and a whisper of lime zest, underscored by a subtle flinty minerality. On the palate, it reveals a precise balance of vibrant acidity and a medium-bodied texture, showcasing flavors of ripe pear, quince, and a hint of fresh herbs. The wine's structure is defined by its crisp, clean finish, leaving a lingering impression of citrus and wet stone.
