Rich, full-bodied with a deep, opaque color. The nose is dominated by a rich, molasses-like aroma, with hints of cooked black fruit and a mild sweetness. The impression is well-balanced, with a firm tannic structure and a bright zest that cuts through the richness. The tones are complex, with flavors of black cherry compote, chocolate, and black fruit, all tied together by a warm, spicy clove.

Warre's Warrior Reserve Port is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile with complex flavors of dried fruits, chocolate, and spice. While some find it well-balanced with a firm tannic structure, others note it may be slightly too sweet. The wine's warm, inviting character and long, satisfying finish are consistently highlighted, making it a luxurious choice for dessert wine enthusiasts.
