Balanced and elegant blend, with delicate flavors of tart fruit and a hint of citrus
Manasie
Rich, full-bodied wine with a deep, soft texture that touches the palate, accompanied by a detailed bouquet of ripe red fruit, featuring cranberry, cherry, and strawberry, with a subtle whisper of watermelon. The wine's profile is well-balanced, with a round mouthfeel, a balanced viscosity, and a clean acidity, highlighted by a soft minerality and a touch of soft salinity. This wine is a outstanding pairing for a variety of dishes, from lush meats to lighter fare, and I highly recommend it. I'm glad I purchased multiple bottles, as it's a wine that will keep well and reward multiple sips.
