The Five Peaks presents a deep garnet hue, indicative of its robust character. On the nose, it unfurls layers of blackcurrant and ripe plum, underscored by a subtle hint of cedar and graphite, showcasing its complexity. The palate is full-bodied and impeccably structured, with velvety tannins providing a firm backbone. A core of dark berry fruit is interwoven with nuances of dark chocolate and a whisper of dried herbs, leading to a long, mineral-driven finish. This wine exemplifies the quintessential balance and elegance of its region, promising both immediate pleasure and potential for graceful aging.

The Five Peaks is a red blend crafted from vineyards nestled in the foothills of a mountainous region, benefiting from a unique microclimate that combines warm days and cool nights. This climate allows for optimal ripening and preservation of acidity. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks to maintain its fresh fruit character, followed by aging in a mix of new and seasoned oak barrels to add structure and subtle complexity. The result is a well-balanced wine with vibrant fruit flavors, moderate tannins, and a smooth finish, intended for immediate enjoyment or short-term cellaring.
