What the web is saying

Orin Swift Papillon is celebrated for its rich, full-bodied character with notes of blackberry, plum, and chocolate. While some appreciate its complex layers and smooth finish, others find it overly bold or sweet. The wine's oak and vanilla undertones are frequently highlighted, adding depth. It pairs well with hearty dishes, though some suggest it benefits from decanting to fully open up.

A beautiful expression of the classic Bordeaux blend, Orin Swift Papillon is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. On the nose, aromas of blackberry, cassis, and violets mingle with a hint of forest floor and mocha. On the palate, the tannins are soft, yet present, and the body is medium-bodied with a smooth finish. Flavors of blackberry, plum, and cedar are complemented by hints of black pepper and cocoa. Enjoy with a roasted rack of lamb or grilled steak.
