Tasting highlight
The juice is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve the delicate primary flavors. A process used to soften the acidity called malolactic fermentation is blocked, with the idea of retaining the vibrant acidity.

This Salmon Run Riesling has a bright, crisp aroma of white peach, honeydew, lemon zest and a hint of honeysuckle. On the palate, the wine is light-bodied and zesty with flavors of lemon, lime, white peach and a hint of green apple. The finish is relatively short but pleasant, with the focus on vibrancy of fruit that is lifted by the steely acidity.

Egna
Zesty and refreshing dry Riesling with floral undertones, its finale is well-balanced and dry. Mark appreciates its subtlety, but I find it too sweet for my taste. However, I agree that it pairs well with spicy dishes, and I still enjoy it.
Aecio
Refreshing and refreshing dry Riesling with a mild suggestion of residual sweetness, highlighted by citrus and green apple notes. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing, with a bright acidity that leaves a enjoyable aftertaste. A outstanding introduction to the Finger Lakes region, this wine is sure to please.
