Carmine
Voluptuous and layered Nebbiolo with a sophisticated nose featuring suggestions of Chinese ink, licorice, and star anise, alongside a trace of pepper. The profile unfolds with a mix of red currant and raspberry, but quickly gives way to a savory, leather-like texture and a meaty undertone, before returning to a enjoyable finish.
Hotaka Emnerich
Polished nose and tasting emerge after multiple tastings, with the -03 vintage displaying a more pronounced intensity. The -03's decadent color, however, remains unchanged, though the palate's leathery and mushroom flavors add depth. The bright notes remains a dominant feature, albeit slightly muted. This vintage's quality is undeniable, and its stellar cost effectiveness is evident, especially considering its original price of under 20€. A true gem, even if it's not the best vintage.

The wine's color is a deep, inky red, with a understated sweetness that adds complexity and complexity. The nose is shaped by by red berries and sweet spices, with a smooth, round mouthfeel that fades slowly on the palate. The finale is long and satisfying, with a light earthy undertone. A remarkable investment for the price, with a rich, full-bodied style that is sure to please. €22 from the winery.
