Rovellotti is a family-run winery owned by Antonello and Paolo, with vineyards around Ghemme in the Colline Novaresi. After its first harvest in 1972, Rovellotti went on to vinify native grape varieties in 1985 and produce its first traditional-method sparkling wine in 1990. Mario Ronco is its enologist.

Its vineyards cover 25 hectares in an area particularly suited to native varieties including Nebbiolo, Vespolina, Vitigno Innominabile and Bonarda. Production takes place across several cellars within the ancient Recetto walls, encompassing crushing, vinification, bottling, packaging, storage and shipping. Its wines include Ghemme D.O.C.G. Riserva Costa del Salmino, Ghemme D.O.C.G. Chioso dei Pomi and Colline Novaresi D.O.C. Nebbiolo Valplazza.
On VinoVoss, Rovellotti has 1 wine in stock: 1 red. Their average rating is 4.2 out of 5 from 27 ratings.
