The Poggio Al Tesoro Sondraia reveals a deep garnet hue, indicative of its rich extraction. On the nose, it offers a sophisticated bouquet of ripe blackcurrant, dark cherry, and subtle graphite, intertwined with hints of forest floor and cedar, showcasing its Bordeaux-inspired elegance. The palate is full-bodied and impeccably structured, with velvety tannins and a core of concentrated dark fruit, balanced by vibrant acidity. The finish is long and complex, with nuances of mocha and a whisper of dried herbs. This wine exemplifies the finesse and power of Bolgheri, promising further development with cellaring.
