This white wine from Antinori Castello della Sala is a complex, balanced blend of Chardonnay and Grechetto that results in an elegant, harmonious experience. On the nose, aromas of ripe pear, green apple and citrus are complemented by floral notes. On the palate, its vibrant acidity and well-integrated oak create a rich, layered mouthfeel, while hints of honey, ripe apricot and a hint of almond complete the experience. Overall, this is an elegant, balanced white wine with great potential for aging.
