Junis
Decadent and deep wine with a deep, intense nose that combines red cherry, pepper, and earthy hints with a polished zest and medium to high soft tannins, accompanied by a medium body and a fruity and earthy follow through that trails for a medium length.
Diad
Red blend of dolcetto, nebbiolo, Barbara, and cabernet sauvignon, with a vino day tavola vibe, but with a DOC label. Not a mind-blowing wine, with a zesty red cherry flavor, some spice, and a touch of crispness that was a bit overpowered. The tail was a bit too long, and I missed the cabernet sauvignon component. A good option for a quick and easy drink, but not a notable wine.
Bria Celier
Well-balanced wine with a medium body, it displays a soft grip that allows the nuances of the grape to shine through, unobstructed by the character of oak.

Paolo Scavino Rosso is noted for its complex flavors, including cherry, spice, and earthy undertones. While some appreciate its well-balanced nature and smooth tannins, others find it unremarkable or lacking in depth. The wine's vibrant acidity and fruity profile are often highlighted, making it a versatile choice for various pairings. Opinions vary on its finish, with some finding it lingering and others too short.
This Paolo Scavino Rosso di Valtellina is an intense and complex red wine with aromas of red berries, cedar, forest floor, and herbs. On the palate, it is full-bodied and silky with flavors of dark cherry, raspberry, and forest floor, along with a hint of mineral and subtle oak. It is well-balanced and has a long, lingering finish.
