I am a sucker for natural wines. A delightful effervescent sensation with a gentle texture, accompanied by a clean citrus and green apple bouquet, and a mild mineral undertone. A worthwhile exploration.
Euber
Consistently outstanding wine, boasting a vibrant acidity, paired by citrus undertones of grapefruit, lime zest, and a racy sourdough bread and orange peel
Samr
Remarkable discovery. The wine's light nuances and smooth character make it a compelling alternative to its New Zealand counterpart. The initial hints of grapefruit and tropical fruit give way to a lively green apple flavor profile, with a silky and rounded linger that trails pleasantly. The wine's effervescence is well-balanced and refined, making it a great option for those exploring a more elegant Sauvignon Blanc experience.

Some enjoy its unique earthy and mineral notes, while others find it unconventional. It offers a clean, refreshing finish, making it a versatile choice for pairing with various dishes. However, its bold flavors may not suit everyone's palate.
