Voss Experts4.5

A vibrant expression of natural winemaking, the Black Estate Damsteep Pét Nat presents a pale, effervescent hue with a delicate mousse. On the nose, it reveals an enticing bouquet of green apple, white peach, and subtle elderflower, underscored by a hint of fresh-baked brioche. The palate is lively and refreshing, with a fine bead and a crisp acidity that frames the fruit-forward profile, showcasing notes of citrus zest and a whisper of minerality. The finish is clean and brisk, making this Pét Nat a delightful exemplar of New Zealand's innovative sparkling wine scene.

We are 50+ wine professionals (sommeliers, buyers, MW candidates) across the US, UK, France, Greece, Italy, and beyond. We review wines via blind tastings with a standardized rubric, using both 100-point and 5-star scales.
