Miner Emily's Cabernet Sauvignon is a delightful wine with a rich and complex character. It showcases the classic characteristics of a Cabernet Sauvignon, offering a deep ruby color and a full-bodied structure. On the nose, you can expect aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and hints of cedar and forest floor. The palate is bold and well-balanced, with flavors of ripe dark fruits, such as black cherry and plum, complemented by notes of vanilla and spice. The tannins are firm yet refined, providing a long and elegant finish. This wine pairs beautifully with grilled meats, hearty stews, and aged cheeses. Enjoy it now or cellar it for a few years to allow further development. Miner Emily's Cabernet Sauvignon is a true gem that will surely impress any wine enthusiast.

Dyorgenes
Rich, plush wine with a deep, intense color and a sophisticated nose featuring deep fruit, black cherry, and plum, with a supple entry that gradually reveals more fruit and a long, enjoyable finish.
Hoep
A thoroughly delightful and delightful journey
Francic
Deep and detailed wine with a dense berry and black pepper nose, elevated by a sweet but not overly jammy character. The full-bodied style is well-suited to pairing with bold and savory dishes, such as duck. A 2017 vintage would have been a better match for those chasing a more tannic finish.

Miner Emily's Cabernet Sauvignon is praised for its rich, deep fruit flavors, including black cherry and plum, and a smooth, full-bodied texture. Many appreciate its sophisticated nose and long finish, while some note a subtle tartness and occasional imbalance. The wine's oak and vanilla undertones are well-received, though a few find the price disappointing. Overall, it's a well-crafted wine with varying vintage characteristics.
